This is a one-day module covering in detail the important principles of Islamic investment and finance with relevance to Islamic capital markets.  The module is a mixture of lectures, group discussions, case studies and exercises and is delivered in an interactive fashion. Important issues such as legal, tax and ratings considerations will be discussed, as well as various Sukuk structures and applications.  Towards the end of the day attendees will participate in a live deal exercise where they will be expected to develop solutions based on real-life client financing requirements.

  • Three unique projects will be presented and teams will be asked to define solutions, market steps and listing outcomes
